Shipping & Returns

Production

Orders are made in the order they are received. TAT up to 3 weeks not including shipping time. If you have a deadline, please reach out to see if this can be accommodated.

Pickup & Shipping

If you chose pickup at checkout you will receive pickup instructions via email once it is ready to be picked up.

All items (unless noted) will be ready for pick up or ship out within 2-3 weeks.

Items that take a bit longer will be noted of the estimated arrival/ship time in the description of the item.

We calculate shipping based on the weight of your order and current shipping rates. This ensures you’re only paying for the actual cost of getting your items to you. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout so you can see the total before you complete your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Each item is customized to you. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error in personalization.
