Pickup & Shipping

If you chose pickup at checkout you will receive pickup instructions via email once it is ready to be picked up.

All items (unless noted) will be ready for pick or ship out within 10-15 business days.

Items that take a bit longer will be noted of the estimated arrival/ship time in the description of the item.

We calculate shipping based on the weight of your order and current shipping rates. This ensures you’re only paying for the actual cost of getting your items to you. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout so you can see the total before you complete your purchase.

Tip: Orders with multiple items or heavier items may have slightly higher shipping costs, while lighter or smaller orders may cost less.

Returns

All of our products are custom-made, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we stand behind the quality of our work—if your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the affected item. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
